Creativity & Curiosity

In this session we will explore gentle, dynamic vinyasa flow. We will focus on linking breath to movement and finding new ways to move and stretch.

Creativity & Fearlessness

In this session we will work towards a fearless flow and strong balance poses. We will shed judgement to find confidence in creativity.

Thursday 21st January – 6:30pm

Creativity & Happiness

In this session we will open the heart with modified sun salutations and find joy in the movement of the body. A flow to boost mood and creative thinking.

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Drinking water for hydration
  • Cushion or blanket (optional)
