Welcome to Yoga for Creativity. Whether you are a regular yogi or a beginner, come and join us for some breathwork, movement and flow. You will be working through a range of movements that will support you in keeping your body healthy and your mind creative.
Join us for an hour of yoga once a week to move and stretch together in a supportive environment.
You will need the following items:
• Comfortable clothing
• Yoga mat or towel
• Drinking water for hydration
• Cushion or blanket (optional)
