Reducing Stress – How Making Art Impacts Our Health

It’s stress awareness month and we’d like to invite you to come and learn about the impact that drawing can have on your physical body and mental health. The benefits of drawing have been demonstrated in many different ways over the last few decades, from lower stress levels through to improved memory.

Join us for a short talk on how making art impacts your health, learn about the physiological changes that take place when you draw and immerse yourself in a mindful drawing session afterwards that will leave you refreshed and inspired to make art more often.
