Invite your team to join us for live group yoga classes. Suitable for all levels, these sessions will explore movement, stretches and breathing to reenergise and rebalance your mind and body. You’ll explore breathing techniques as well as a range of yoga poses, always given with variations suited to varying abilities. Come along once a week for three weeks and become more relaxed and energised. Our classes are offered in blocks of three weekly sessions, according to our schedule.
