Yoga for Creativity

We are excited to announce a new activity as part of our creative development programme. This programme is designed to expand your artistic skillset and we are pleased to be able to invite you to a series of yoga sessions, specifically tailored to grow your creative mindset. Whether you are a regular yogi or a beginner, kick off the new year with a series of relaxing hour long yoga sessions for creativity. Your instructor Holly, will take you through a range of movements and poses that will support you in keeping your body healthy and your mind creative.

In this session Holly will support you in developing increased flexibility and a stronger mind-body connection.

Yoga – Wellness & Vitality

Come and stretch and move to the rhythm of your breath for a more relaxed mindset and more vital state of being.



Thursday 21st January – 6:30pm

Creativity & Happiness

In this session we will open the heart with modified sun salutations and find joy in the movement of the body. A flow to boost mood and creative thinking.


Thursday 14th January – 6:30pm

Creativity & Fearlessness

In this session we will work towards a fearless flow and strong balance poses. We will shed judgement to find confidence in creativity.


Thursday 7th January – 6:30pm

Creativity & Curiosity

In this session we will explore gentle, dynamic vinyasa flow. We will focus on linking breath to movement, and finding new ways to move and stretch.
