We took over the management of an extensive corporate art collection and rebuilt the collection infrastructure from the ground up. Working across multiple offices and storage locations, we catalogued just shy of one-thousand works, completed condition reporting and established robust processes for tracking, ongoing care and movement between buildings.

To maximise the collection’s benefit to the workplace, we curated and re-hung artworks across sites, ensuring each building benefited from a cohesive, high-quality display. We also managed specialist restoration and conservation planning, including reframing and repair where needed and supported strategic disposals through auction. Throughout, we provided secure, climate-controlled storage and now provide ongoing collection care, adhering to the company’s mission to ensure the collection delivers maximum benefit to employees and visitors.
