The Monument Building: Art & Wellbeing for Tenants

We partnered with The Monument Building’s building management team to enhance the tenant experience through a curated art programme in the building’s communal reception. The artwork creates a strong first impression for visitors and brings colour, character, and cultural value to a high-traffic shared space used daily by tenants.

To extend the programme beyond the walls, tenants are also offered a complimentary monthly art class, an initiative that has become a clear favourite. These sessions support wellbeing and community-building, giving people a relaxed way to connect, recharge, and engage creatively within the workplace.

Featured Artist: Nichola Wiltshire

Based in Dundee, Nichola Wiltshire creates bold, colourful paintings on fabric inspired by the rich heritage of oil painting. Her practice combines centuries-old traditions, such as making her own oil paint and pastels, with a contemporary approach. Wiltshire paints on coloured and patterned fabric, instead of canvas, for the dynamic and tactile foundation it lays. Wiltshire is a previous winner of The Art Movement Residency.
