68 King William Street: Changing Art Exhibition for Tenants
Following the refurbishment of the striking reception and communal area at 68KWS, we introduced a changing art programme to strengthen first impression for tenants and their visitors. As a shared, high-traffic space, the reception needed art that felt welcoming, contemporary and aligned to the quality of the environment.
The exhibition at 68KWS changes every two months, keeping the space dynamic and regularly refreshed. Each changing of art invites tenants and visitors to discover the work of a new artist with the possibility to purchase the artworks on display.

Painting is an intuitive process for Basheer. When she paints, she is looking to transform her canvas so that it conveys an emotion or a feeling.

We also provide the tenants at 68KWS regular access to virtual art classes, making a significant contribution to the wellbeing of occupiers. Classes are designed to be inclusive and provide an opportunity for tenants to switch off for an hour, reduce their stress levels and reset.
