We designed and delivered an internal photography competition to celebrate creativity in the workplace and encourage participation across the business. Colleagues were invited to submit photographs across a range of categories, creating an accessible platform for people to share perspectives, experiment creatively and connect through culture.

The response was exceptional, with a high volume of entries and outstanding work across the categories, demonstrating both the talent within the organisation and the impact of a well-structured initiative that makes creativity visible, inclusive, and valued at work.
