St Giles Estate: Team Building Drawing Workshop

We designed and delivered a bespoke team-building workshop for St Giles Estate, the ancestral home of the Earls of Shaftesbury, bringing together colleagues from across the estate, from agricultural specialists and events planners to property management.
The half-day session was created to strengthen connection across teams while giving everyone the opportunity to step away from day-to-day roles and engage their creativity.
To make the workshop feel grounded in place, we developed subjects drawn directly from the estate and its surroundings: pumpkins inspired by the farm, horses reflecting the stud and studies of plants and wildlife shaped by the rural setting. To celebrate the team’s results, we produced a celebratory gallery showcasing the team’s work, capturing the energy of the day and the impressive results created together.
