Aon: Virtual Mindful Drawing Workshop

We designed and delivered a mindful drawing workshop for Aon with a clear wellbeing objective: helping participants slow down, reset, and feel calmer. The session began with simple breathing exercises, followed by guided mandala drawing and pattern-making; activities chosen for their repetitive, absorbing qualities and their ability to support focus and ease.
The result was a grounded, restorative experience that encouraged calm attention and helped participants leave feeling refreshed and re-centred.
